Our candidates are technically trained, motivated and vetted. They've got the skills, ambition and the most in-demand administrative and IT certifications. This is your chance to get them on your team. 

Volunteers can expect hands-on experiences that have real impact. If you are an individual, part of a company, faith community, or organization we have flexible ways you can help us out for a couple of hours, or on a ongoing basis.

100% of public donations go directly to fund our programs, your generous gift is a direct impact on future leaders. 

Our Breaking Bias candidates are eager to see how their education will translate to the working world. Tech Tours are a great way for them to experience the workplace environment of the Tech and Government IT sectors and we rely on employer partners and community members like you to make them possible.

For a few hours, a couple times a month you can give a woman who is re-entering the workforce, in a career transition, building a business or perhaps just starting her career with invaluable advice and guidance through our (WWL) 

Women Who Lead program

In collaboration with other non-profits we have a larger network of candidates to serve. Together we can provide opportunity and upward mobility for women and minorities in the workplace.  

We work with local public school systems to identify students with great potential who may lack financial resources for attending college or prefer to immediately enter the workforce after completing high school.  

If your organization provides sponsored certifications that support positions for IT careers or project management we can create a larger impact together.
